Abrasive Wet Cutting Technology during Μetallographic Sample Preparation
摘 要
全面叙述了金相试样湿式磨料切割的技术,包括湿式切割轮的磨料、粒度和粘结剂的选择以及湿式切割轮的构造,使用时应选用的速度、压力和冷却液,以及切割试样时采用直线切割、振荡切割和步进切割的效果和特点。
Abstract
A basic overview of abrasive wet cutting during metallographic sample preparation was presented. It gave a detailed guide on how to select wet cutting wheels according to the abrasive, grade, bond material, and made an introduction to its construction. It also introduced how to take appropriate rotation speed, force and cooling fluid, besides the cutting effects and features between direct cutting, oscillating cutting and step cutting were analyzed.
