Risk Analysis on Corrosion of Atmospheric Storage Tanks
摘 要
介绍了采用基于风险的检验(RBI)评价技术对常压储罐腐蚀进行风险分析的方法, 通过对常压储罐的腐蚀进行风险分析, 可以科学地对常压储罐的腐蚀状况进行预测, 得出储罐腐蚀的风险等级。并依据风险分析的结果合理地制定储罐的检验策略, 并对有较高风险的储罐进行有重点、有针对性的风险管理, 从而提高储罐的运营效益及安全性。
Abstract
Method of risk analysis of atmospheric storage tanks by risk-based inspection (RBI) evaluation technology was introduced. Through analyzing the risk of corrosion of atmospheric storage tanks, the corrosion situation of the storage tanks could be predicted and the risk levels could be distinguished. And based on the risk analysis results, reasonable inspection plans of the storage tanks could be given and the storage tanks with higher risk could be managed specially. So the safety and the economic benefits of the storage tanks could be improved.
