Leakage Reason Analysis on T23 Steel Tube Fillet Weld in Inlet Header of High-temperature Reheater
摘 要
通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验等方法,对某电厂超超临界锅炉高温再热器进口集箱T23钢管焊接接头的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于T23钢管硬度偏高, 加之焊接装配拘束应力较大, 使得集箱T23钢管接头在管座角焊缝处萌生裂纹, 裂纹不断扩展最终引起蒸汽泄漏。
Abstract
The leakage reason of T23 steel tube in inlet header of high-temperature reheater of a power plant ultra supercritical boiler was analyzed through macroscopic examination, chemical compositions analysis, hardness test and metallographic examination and so on. The results show that higher hardness of the T23 steel tube and weldment restraint stress led to cracking at the pipe connection fillet weld in inlet header, and the cracks propagation caused the steam leakage.
