Crack Analysis and Prevention Measures of Boiler Barrel Internal Face
摘 要
结合火电厂锅炉锅筒内壁裂纹的两个实例, 通过对裂纹发生位置、特征及相关试验, 分析了锅筒内壁裂纹产生的原因。结果表明:锅筒内壁存在凹坑、凹槽缺陷并萌生裂纹, 在各种应力作用下裂纹不断扩展, 最终导致开裂。最后提出了防治锅筒内壁产生裂纹的措施。
Abstract
With two examples of cracks on the internal surface of boiler barrel in a thermal power plant, the cause of crack formation was analyzed by analyzing the position and features of the cracks and related physical and chemical testing. The result show pits and grooves defects existing on the internal surface of boiler barrel led to the initiation of cracks. The cracks grew gradually under the action of all kinds of stresses, and finally induced cracking. Prevention and control measures were put forwards to avoid the cracks formation finally.
