Fracture Analysis on Welded Joints of Rotatable Bracket
摘 要
通过化学成分分析、宏观和微观检验、硬度测试、热处理试验等方法, 对某转动支架焊接部位断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 焊接工艺不合理导致焊接缺陷以及未按工艺进行焊后热处理, 是焊接部位断裂的直接原因。因此, 在焊接工艺上提出了改进措施, 并在工艺的规范管理上提出了预防措施。
Abstract
Fracture reasons of welded joints in a rotatable bracket were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, macroscopic and microscopic examination, hardness test and heat treatment method. The results showed that: fractures were directly caused by lack of fusion increased by non-standardized welding procedure, by improper formation of hardened structure during welding without heating treatment, and so on. Furthermore, several improvements in welding procedure and heat-treatment management were proposed for prevention.
