Analysis on Corrosion Reason of First Reheater of Boiler
摘 要
通过宏观和微观检验对型号为BP-1025的锅炉一级再热器内壁腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明: 一级再热器管内壁腐蚀类型属于停用期间的氧腐蚀, 是机组投运以来多次腐蚀累积的结果; 泄漏管样的穿孔是以往形成的腐蚀坑, 在此次停炉后再次腐蚀以致蚀穿管壁而造成的。
Abstract
The corrosion reason for inner wall of tube of first reheater of BP-1025 boiler has been analyzed by means of macro and micro examination. The results showed that the corrosion type was oxidation corrosion caused by shutdown of units; the first reheater corrosion can be attributed to the corrosion accumulation since the units was brought into operation. The hole through the tube on the leaky tube was result of continuous corrosion on previous formed corrosion pit.
