Development of High-precision Digital Lineation and Measuring Instrument of Specimen Gauge Length
摘 要
采用机械装置与电子精密测量仪器组合的方法, 将Huafei CQ61180X300Vario微型精密车床、SINO KA-300系列光栅尺和SDS3-1数显表有机地装配在一起, 通过设计、加工连接零部件和划线装置, 研制出一种新型的高精度数显试样标距划线与测量仪。该装置操作简单、快捷、直观、性价比高, 划线准确、测量精度高。近一年来的实际应用结果表明, 该仪器对拉伸试样标距的划线、断后标距的测量、断裂韧度试样断口裂纹长度的测量以及对高温疲劳试样标距的确定等均可满足相关标准的要求。
Abstract
By using the combination method of mechanical devices and electronic precision measuring instrument, Huafei CQ61180X300Vario miniature precise lathe, SINO KA-300 optical grating ruler and SDS3-1 data display were organically assembled together. A high-precision digital lineation and measuring instrument of specimen gauge length was developed by design, processing, connecting parts and lineation devices. The device is simple, fast, intuitive, cost-effective,and it has properties of accurate lineation, high precision. Nearly a year, the actual application showed that the device met the relevant standards for lineation of tension specimen gauge, measuring the gauge length after rupture, and determinating the gauge length of fatigue specimen at high temperature.
