Influence of Stress on Magnetic Domain of Carbon Structural Steelunder Tension Deformation
摘 要
利用Bitter粉纹法观察了去应力退火态 Q235钢的磁畴形貌。分析了单轴拉伸过程中不同应变量下磁畴的变化规律。结合带背散射电子衍射(EBSD)分析系统的扫描电镜计算出了磁畴取向与拉伸应力方向之间的夹角, 并分析了该角度随着应变量的变化特点。得出在应变达到一定程度后, 磁畴和应力夹角稳定在45°左右, 证实磁畴取向实现了定向分布。经分析讨论得出磁畴取向是由应力能和磁晶各向异性能的相对高低决定的。
Abstract
The magnetic domain of annealed Q235carbon steel was observed by Bitter power method.Thetransformation of magnetic domain under different strain in tension condition was analyzed.The angle between thedirection of magnetic domain and the direction of tension can be worked out with the help of SEM with EBSDanalysis system and how the angle changes with the strain was also analyzed.It can be concluded that when thestrain exceeds a certain level, the angle between the magnetic domain and stress will be stable at about 45°so itdemonstrates the orientation distribution of magnetic domains achieves.It was concluded the direction of magneticdomain was determined by the relative level of stress energy and magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy.
