Cause Analysis on Wear Hollow on Screw Hole of Bearing Stand
摘 要
某产品的振动筛部件中的轴承座螺孔被螺栓磨损出严重凹坑。通过现场调查、材料检验、磨屑收集、磨损量计算等工作, 对凹坑产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 该失效破坏属于微动磨损, 其主要原因是设计中忽视了螺栓旋向与螺栓受力方向的一致性。螺栓在高频率振动下逐渐松动, 与轴承座之间产生微小的相对运动, 由初始的粘着磨损转变成后期的磨料磨损。因此, 磨损凹坑是由于轴承座受到固体异物反复挤压磨削而产生微动损伤的结果。
Abstract
Wear hollow was found on some screw holes of bearing stand of vibrating screen. By means of field investigation, material testing, abrasive dust collection, wear quantity calculation and so on, the cause of wear hollow was analyzed. The results showed that the kind of destruction was belonged to fretting wear. By reason of it was ignored that the identity of bolt spiral direction and acceptance force direction in design. Bolt was rotated gradually on condition that high frequency vibration, little relative movement came about between bearing stand and bolt, which was from adhesive wear at the initial stage to abrasive wear at the later stage. So wear hollow was the result of fretting damage owing to bearing stand was extruded and rubbed repeatedly by solid foreign matter.
