Folding Line of Jominy Test of Steel
摘 要
钢的淬透性一般用末端淬透性曲线表示。该曲线用手工绘制, 误差大; 构建曲线方程困难; 曲线图形不便于传播交流。介绍了伴有方程的末端淬透性折线。该折线除了具备淬透性曲线的功能外, 还可用于估计半马氏体的硬度和临界直径的端距。临界直径的端距可作为衡量钢的淬透性的参数。淬透性折线的优点是绘制简单, 构建折线方程方便。介绍了一次样条函数构建方程的方法, 以及 40CrH, 40MnBH, 60Si2Mn 和 20CrMnMoH 钢的淬透性折线和方程。
Abstract
The hardenability of steel is commonly said of the Jominy test curve. Drawing curve by hand, error is big; build the curve equation is difficult and the figure is not convenient to communicate. The Jominy test folding line with equation were introduced. The Jominy test folding line with equation besides has hardenability curve function, can also be used to estimate half martensite hardness and the distance of critical diameter from quenching end. The distance of critical diameter can be used as a measure parameter of hardenability of steel. Drawing floding line is simple and easy to build the equation. The method of linear spline function to construct equation was introduced. The Jominy test folding lines and equations for steel 40CrH, 40MnBH, 60Si2Mn and 20CrMnMoH were also introduced.
