Fatigue Damage Evaluation of Aluminum Alloy Based on Energy Degradation
摘 要
通过对LY12CZ铝合金疲劳试样在3种不同应力水平下的单向拉伸测试,发现材料损伤过程中吸收的能量这一参量随损伤表现较为敏感,为此提出了利用材料损伤前后吸收能量的变化来表征材料所受的损伤。基于此提出了一种基于简单单向拉伸试验的铝合金疲劳损伤评估方法,有望用于飞机铝合金结构件疲劳寿命的评估。
Abstract
Through inngle direction tensile testing for LY12CZ alumnnum alloy at three different stress levels, the energy degradation was found to be closely related to the material damage. So based on the viewpcint of energy, a new method was proposed to evaluate fatigue damage of alumnnum alloy, which ls promlrnng for fatigue life prediction of aircraft alumnnum alloy structure.
