Analysis on Microstructure of Q345B Welding Joints
摘 要
采用E5015焊条以手工电弧焊对Q345B钢的角焊缝进行焊接 , 阐述了焊缝中宏观组织的层间偏析, 结晶形态的层间、层内差异, 微观组织的差异以及对性能的影响研究, 以利于焊接工艺人员对焊接工艺及参数的选择。在多层焊的打底层中注重对于层间温度的控制, 制定合理的焊接工艺参数进行现场焊接, 从而保证产品的焊接质量。
Abstract
The fillet weld of Q345B steel as an example was welded by E5015 manual arc welding electrode, it was discussed including the macro-segregation between the welded layers, the different of crystalline form and microstructure between layers, and its influence on mechanical properties. The research on microstructure and properties can be advantage to the technical management and welding parameters choice for welding technician. For multi-layer welding, the temperature between layers should be controlled in the underlying layer, the welding quality of products would be ensured by reasonable parameters for field welding.
