Uncertainty Evaluation on Measurement Results of Charpy Pendulum Impact Test
摘 要
根据夏比摆锤冲击试验中试样、设备等影响不确定度的因素, 提出了一种实验室夏比摆锤冲击试验测量结果不确定度的评定方法, 即通过对产生不确定度的若干分量进行计算, 最后得出扩展不确定度。被测标准冲击试样的试验结果为: KV=(81.1±3.2) J,k=2, 相对扩展不确定度U=3.9%。
Abstract
The evaluation methods of measurement uncertainty for Charpy pendulum impact test were put forward according to the influence factors such as specimen and equipment. Several components which could cause uncertainty were calculated and the expanded uncertainty was obtained. The impact test results of test specimen were KV=(81.1±3.2) J, k=2. And the expanded uncertainty was U=3.9%.
