Compound Steel Plate Combining Site Flaw Magnetic Powder Testing
摘 要
介绍了采用直流磁轭方法检测表面覆盖有不锈钢的复合钢板缺陷的工艺、过程、结果以及返修方法。证明了采用磁粉方法,透过不锈钢覆盖层,检测基体为铁磁性材料中缺陷的可行性。所得检测结果可与射线和超声波检测结果形成印证,具有实际应用价值。
Abstract
The sub-surface defect detecting method by DC magnetic yoke for compound steel sheet covered with stainless steel sheet was introduced, including the technology, processes, results, and repair methods. Magnetic particle method was proved possible for the defect detecting for the ferromagnetic materials base covered with stainless steel. The testing result was in good accordance with that of radiographic and ultrasonic testing result, so it showed good practical application value.
