The Application of X-Ray Technology in Grouting Quality Detection of Prestressed Cable
摘 要
介绍了预应力索的基本结构与质量要求,以及国内外现有的无损检测方法。详细分析了预应力索灌浆的试验设计和X射线检测透照参数的确定。结合某工程实例,证明采用X射线法检测预应力索灌浆质量是可行和适用的。
Abstract
The basic structure and quality requirements of prestressed cable and the existing nondestructive testing methods at home and abroad were introduced, the analysis of filling defects in prestressed cable and the determination of radiographic parameters were explained in detail in this paper. Combined with some project, the grouting quality of the prestressed cable was tested by X-ray.The detection and analysis showed that using X-ray to test the grouting quality of the prestressed cable was feasible and applicable.
