The Principle and Its Application of Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection Technology
摘 要
相控阵超声技术在无损检测行业中已经得到广泛的应用,该技术根据电子延时控制,利用波的叠加和干涉原理,形成动态扫查声束,最终合成扫查图像,比传统超声波探伤具有时更高的缺陷检出率。围绕相控阵技术原理、设备的使用和校准,介绍了相控阵技术在一些领域的经典应用。
Abstract
Phased Array ultrasonic technology was applied widely in NDT. This technology was based on electronic delay control, and on the superposition and interference principle of ultrasonic wave, forming dynamic scanning beam, eventually forming a scanning image.It was better than conventional method on probability of detection.This paper focused on principles of phased array technology, equipment usage and calibration, introducing several classic applications of some fields using phased array technology.
