Electronic Control System for Eddy Current Probe Pusher
摘 要
研制了一套交流伺服电机控制自动推拔系统,应用在核电站常规岛热交换器涡流检查中。采用人机界面控制推拔器运动,操作简单直观。交流伺服电机的应用,不仅保证了现场所需的推拔力,且对涡流信号无干扰。通过软件编程满足了推拔轮和卷线盘速度匹配,实现自动匀速推拔涡流探头。现场使用证明,自动采集获得的涡流信号幅值稳定且具有高信噪比,缺陷定位准确,对于改善涡流采集数据质量有较大的帮助。
Abstract
A set of AC servo motor control system was developed for eddy current inspection in this paper, which was used for heat exchanger of conventional island in nuclear power plant. The pusher was controlled by human-machine interface, which was easy to operate. With the application of AC servo motor, the power met the practical requirement, and the motor had no interference on the signals. According to the programming, the speed of pusher and take up reel had a good matching, therefore the system could pull probe automatically at constant speed. The on-site use showed that the amplitude of the auto collected signal was stable and had good signal to noise ratio, and the location for defect was accurate. The system was helpful to improve the quality of the collected signals.
