The Application of Portable DR in Boiler Pipe Oxide Accumulation Inspection
摘 要
为解决锅炉管道因氧化物堆积而影响机组安全运行的问题,提出用工业X射线DR技术进行检查。在现场实践中,氧化物成像的图像清楚直观,是检测人员做决策的可靠依据,同时整个检查操作过程简单快捷、效率较高,值得介绍推广。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of boiler pipe failure aroused by oxide accumulation, using portable DR technology to inspect the pipe during maintenance was proposed. In practice, the image of oxide inside pipe was very clear, it provided reliable evidence for inspector to make decision, meanwhile, the whole inspection process was very simple, quick and efficient, it was valuable to be introduced widely.
