The Application of Ultrasonic Guided Wave Detection Technology in Buried Occupied Pipeline Detection and Risk Analysis
摘 要
针对油气输送管道被占压后存在重大安全隐患,且目前国内外对占压管道尚无成熟可靠的检测技术的难题,利用Wavemaker G3超声导波检测系统对某 529 mm原油长输管道选取了8区段进行了检测试验。结果表明,超声导波技术对于埋地占压管道的单项检测距离为10~15 m,对于占压距离<30 m的管段可以实施100%全面检测分析。利用检测结果综合分析了高速公路、高层建筑、普通平房等不同类型的占压对管道的危害性,并提出了适宜的建议措施。
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the oil and gas transmission pipeline exhibited the great safety hidden trouble after being occupied, and there wasnt any mature and reliable technology to detect occupied pipeline home and abroad, the paper carried on the detection experiment for eight selected sections of one 529 mm crude oil pipeline by the Wavemaker G3 ultrasonic guided wave detection system. The results showed that the single detection distances were 10~15 m for the buried occupied pipeline by the ultrasonic guided wave technology, and the 100% comprehensive detection and analysis could be carried on for the pipelines that the occupied distances were less than 30 m. The paper analyzed the harmfulness for pipelines after being occupied by expressway, high-rise building, and common bungalow, etc. by using detection results, and proposed the suitable recommend measures.
