Measurement of Interior Flaw Height of Welded Joint by Tip Diffraction Method
摘 要
为解决单探头测量焊接接头内部缺陷高度的问题,用端点衍射法测量了埋藏在焊接接头内部缺陷的高度,并用TOFD法进行了比较。对比TOFD分析软件的测量数值与端点衍射法计算数值的差异,证实了用端点衍射法测量焊接接头内部缺陷高度的可行性和准确性,同时文中还使用端点衍射法对缺陷方向和探测面之间的倾斜角进行了计算。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of testing interior flaw height of welded joint by using single probe, tip diffraction method was introduced to measure flaw height hiding in the welded joint, and the result was compared with TOFD. Comparing the numerical value difference measured by software of TOTD and calculated by tip diffraction method, the conclusion of practicability and accuracy was obtained in testing interior flaw height of welded joint by tip diffraction method, at the same time, the tilt angle of flaw orientation and detection surface was calculated by the method in this paper.
