Overhead Type Large-Diameter Steel Pipe Ultrasonic Testing Equipment
摘 要
为了满足大直径钢管自动化探伤的需求,研发了上跟踪式大直径钢管超声波探伤设备。该套设备解决了探头跟踪、水层耦合等技术难点,采用PLC、WinCC等先进控制手段,实现了设备的自动化。在探伤过程中,具有检测灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强、自动化程度高、操作方便等特点。应用该套设备可对 300~800 mm的钢管进行自动超声波探伤。
Abstract
In order to meet the demand of large-diameter steel pipe automatic testing, the overhead type large-diameter steel pipe ultrasonic testing equipment was developed. PLC, WinCC and other advanced control methods were used to solve the technical difficulties of the probe tracking and the water coupling and to realize the automation. The equipment can be used to ultrasonic test the 300~800 mm steel pipe, with high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, high degree of automation, and with ease to operate.
