Acoustic Emission Testing of Oil Tank Floor Leakage
摘 要
底板渗漏是立式圆筒形钢制常压油罐常见的问题,渗漏检测是一件费时费力而且难度非常大的技术工作。通过一个实际案例,介绍了用声发射方法进行油罐底板渗漏检测的原理、程序和结果。用声发射方法进行油罐底板渗漏检测,能够准确地对渗漏点进行初步定位,从而极大地减少实际检测工作量和检测的盲目性,缩短检测时间,提高检测效率和准确度,对于油罐底板渗漏检测具有指导意义和推广价值。
Abstract
The leakage of the oil-tank floor is a commonly existing problem in vertical cylindrical steel atmospheric pressure oil-tank. Leakage testing of oil-tank floor is a time-lasting and very difficult technical job. This article intends to introduce the leakage testing theory, procedure and result of oil-tank floor by AE testing. AE testing can locate the leakage points exactly and high efficiently and greatly reduce the actual inspection work-load, testing blindness and testing time. So, the AE testing is a very important and meaningful method, and worthy of being used widely in the oil-tank floor inspection.
