Maintenance and Improvement on Automatic Steel Plate Ultrasonic Testing Equipment
摘 要
为进一步挖掘钢板超声检测能力,某中厚板卷厂结合自动超声波探伤设备自身特点及生产中遇到的问题,以TPM设备管理理念[1-2]为导向对影响钢板超声检测能力的要素进行攻关,使得该厂钢板超声检测能力迅速提升。主要以该厂钢板超声检测为例,介绍了其探伤设备的维护保养与改进,从而为在超声波探伤领域进一步挖掘钢板检测能力及提高钢板质量提供了参考。
Abstract
For promoting steel ultrasonic testing capacity, TPM management concept was implemented and the key influence factors of steel ultrasonic testing ability were tackled in a plate /coil plant, with the automatic detection equipment characteristics and problems of production analyzed. Taking its ultrasonic testing for example, this paper mainly described the maintenance and improvement of ultrasonic testing equipment and the organization of ultrasonic testing production. It provided a reference for further promotion steel ultrasonic testing capability and product quality in the field of nondestructive testing.
