Field Magnetic Particle Testing on Important Bearing Members of Mine-use Hoisting Vessel
摘 要
论述了矿用提升容器重要承载件表面检测方法的选择和工艺。根据MT 684—1997《矿用提升容器重要承载件无损探伤方法与验收规范》标准规定,对三环链、矿车连接插销、楔形连接器、U型环、离合器齿圈等重要部件进行磁粉检测,能有效地检测出裂纹等危害性缺陷。
Abstract
This thesis analyzes the selection and technics of the surface inspection methods to the important bearing members of the mine-use hoisting vessel. According to the prescribed standards in MT 684—1997 Specification of non-destructive inspection method & acceptance for important bearing members of mine-use hoisting vessel, the paper put forwards that aiming at the characteristics of magnetic particle testing, it can detect such significant parts as three-ring chains, car connecting bolts, wedge connector,s U-rings, clutch gear rims and so on. Furthermore, it can detect the dangerous defects such as the crack, etc. effectively.
