Inspection Technology and Implementation Route Advices on Atmospheric Vertical Storage Tank Bottom
摘 要
大量实践表明,常压储罐底板与罐壁和罐顶相比是检测的重点和难点,而储罐底板下表面的严重腐蚀是造成罐底板强度下降甚至穿孔泄漏的主要原因,因此储罐底板检测的一个重要的任务就是详细了解储罐底板下表面的腐蚀状况。详细介绍了立式常压储罐开罐检测和在线检测技术,着重介绍了各检测技术的特点和产品型号,重点介绍了声发射检测技术、漏磁检测技术和超声检测技术的特点、使用状况以及在常压储罐底板检测中的应用情况,并在对比各种检测技术优缺点的基础上提出了一套储罐底板综合检测与评价的流程,为立式常压储罐的科学检修提供了有益借鉴。
Abstract
A great deal of practices indicated that the tank bottom is the emphasis and difficulty of inspection as against the tank deck and shell, and it is the serious corrosion on below surface of tank bottom that forms the main causes leading to the descending strength and moreover perforation and leakage of tank bottom, so a significant task of inspection on tank bottom is to find out corrosive status on below surface of tank bottom in detail. Present paper introduced in detail the out-service inspection and in-service inspection technologies on atmospheric vertical storage tank, mainly introduced the characteristic and product models of the various inspection technology. Emphasis was put on the characteristics, using status and application circumstances of acoustic emission testing, magnetic flux leakage testing and ultrasonic testing. By the comparison of their merit and demerit of the various inspection technologies a comprehensive inspection and evaluation flow on tank bottom was put forward, providing useful references for correct decision-making and scientific examining and repairing.
