Analysis and Judgment for Abnormal Signal of Inconel 600 Cold Rolling Strip by Lamb Testing
摘 要
针对Inconel600冷轧带材兰姆波检测时发现但难于分析和定位的异常信号,采用低频涡流检测和延迟法超声测厚相结合的方法,找到了异常信号反射源的准确位置,并对反射源处的缺陷性质进行了分析与判定。最后使用低频涡流和延迟法超声测厚相结合的检测方法,可给出缺陷的准确切样位置,并进行了金相分析。
Abstract
Aiming at the abnormal signal during lamb wave testing of inconel 600 cold rolling strip, low-frequency eddy-current detection and ultrasonic thickness measurement using delay block were used together, the origin of reflection which had brought the abnormal signal was accurately oriented, and the character of flaw at the origin of reflection was analysed and judged. Finally the accurate cutting sample location found by the two above-mentioned techniques was analysed by metallography.
