The Application Technique of Rod Cluster Control Assembly Inspection Technique in Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
核电站反应堆控制棒束组件在服役期间可能形成磨损、肿胀和裂纹三种主要缺陷,对反应堆安全运行存在极大隐患,情况严重时甚至可能造成反应堆无法停止,引起核安全事故。采用自动超声和涡流检验相结合的检验技术能有效检测出控制棒的主要缺陷。阐述了控制棒束组件主要缺陷产生的原因和机理、超声和涡流检验技术的原理和方法,并总结归纳了现场实施检查出的典型缺陷特征以及缺陷信号分析方法。
Abstract
This paper mainly describes that Rod Cluster Control Assembly of nuclear power plant may produce three main type of defects during operation, such as wear, swell and crack. These defects may make a great hidden danger to reactor safety operation or in severe cases may even cause the reactor fail to stop, so resulting to nuclear safety accidents. Combining the inspection technology of the automatic ultrasonic and eddy current examination can effectively detect the main defects of Rod Cluster Control Assembly. This paper mainly expounds the causes and mechanism of main defects in Rod Cluster Control Assembly together with ultrasonic and eddy current examination technology principle and method, and summarizes the characteristics of the typical defects during onsite implementing inspection and analysis methods of defect signal.
