The Application of Ultrasonic Detection in Copper Casting
摘 要
介绍了超声波检测系统在铜铸件探伤中的实际应用,阐述了超声波探伤在铜铸件检测时最佳探伤条件的选择。为了提高检测时超声波信号的信噪比,通过对比各种超声波探伤工艺和探伤方法,制定了针对粗晶厚壁铜铸件的特殊检测工艺;对不同超声波探头的结构进行了研究,并且通过比较不同频率、不同压电晶片的超声波探头检测粗晶壁厚铜铸件的结果,得到了超声波探头的合理参数。
Abstract
The paper introduces the application of ultrasonic detection in practice, including its principles and components Selection of the best conditions for detecting copper casting is also explained in this paper.In order to raise signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and get a better result in the testing, various ultrasonic testing techniques and methods are presented and compared, so the special techniques of inspection for the thick-wall copper casting with coarse grain is settled down and the reasonable parameters of probes are obtained by comparing different kinds of probe ( including different frequency, different piezoelectric wafer etc.) in testing.
