Influencing Factors of the Signal for ACFM and Recognition Determination of Cracks
摘 要
为了提高交流电磁场检测ACFM信号识别判定的准确率和可靠性,针对交流电磁场检测图谱信号的识别判定难点,通过查阅大量文献资料和试件检测图谱,得出了典型的信号影响因素和对应图谱,并总结归纳了平行扫描等几种实用的扫描方法。提出了ACFM裂纹检测判别的一般流程。实践表明,其有助于提高ACFM检测过程中裂纹识别判定的准确率和检测效率。
Abstract
In order to improve the veracity and reliability of the alternating current field measurement (ACFM), lots of literatures and detection plots were researched in relation to the difficulty of the signal recognition and determination. This paper gained the typical signal influencing factors and corresponding identification plot for ACFM and summarized several practical scanning methods including parallel scanning. The general process of the crack identification was described based on the above research, which helped to improve the accuracy and efficiency of crack identification in engineering project.
