The Progress of Radiographic Testing Technology on Tube to Tube-Sheet Welds
摘 要
通过应用射线照相技术控制管子-管板角焊缝质量可以显著降低换热器运行的泄漏率。最早的技术采用192Ir源γ射线+胶片系统。以棒阳极X射线机取代192Ir源γ射线机后,提高了照相灵敏度,并有效解决了钛材焊缝的检测难题。数字射线检测技术(CR和DR)在管子-管板角焊缝射线照相应用中已取得成功,显示出明显的优势和良好的应用前景。正在制订中的管子-管板角焊缝射线照相标准为该技术的推广奠定了基础。
Abstract
The application of radiographic testing technology on tube to tube-sheet welds can significantly reduce the leakage of heat exchanger in running rate. The earliest technology uses 192Ir source gamma-ray + film system. As a replacement of 192 Ir source gamma ray machine, rod anode X-ray tube can enhance the photographic sensitivity, and effectively solves the titanium weld detection problem. Digital radiographic testing technology (CR and DR) on tube to tube-sheet welds application has been successful, shows clear advantage and good application prospect. The standards of radiographic testing on tube to tube-sheet welds technology are in formulating, which will build a solid foundation for the promotion of the technology.
