Detecting Equipments for Elevator Steel Wire Rope and the Acceptance Standard Improving Suggestions for the Steel Rope Quality
摘 要
面对涉及民生的中国电梯的保有量的急剧增加,电梯监督检验和安装维保单位亟需应用科学方法检测并评价电梯曳引钢丝绳质量。分析了国内外现有电梯曳引钢丝绳检测产品的不足与成功,指出研究多回路电梯曳引钢丝绳高速探伤设备的重要性和基本方法。针对目前滞后的国家有关电梯钢丝绳检验、报废、风险评估标准,建议借鉴南非的钢丝绳质量评判标准,修订我国的钢丝绳质量评判标准。
Abstract
Facing with the present situation of sharply increasing amount of elevators in China, the supervising and inspecting departments urgently need to figure out the scientific techniques, and also to inspect and evaluate the quality of the traction steel wire rope of the elevator. The domestic and overseas techniques and equipments were introduced about its advantages and shortcomings. It was pointed out that multiple loop and high-speed testing technique were the future developing direction of the steel wire rope detector, and its importance and basic method was also shown. The behindhand national standards about the steel wire rope inspection were pointed out, rejection and risk evaluation, the suggestion was given to borrow ideas from the South African evaluation standards of the steel wire rope of elevator.
