New Techniques and Equipments Development Abroad for the Corrosion Defect Detection of the Grounded Storage Tank
摘 要
对在用地上常压储罐底板和壁板的腐蚀减薄情况进行可靠有效的定性、定量检测对于保障石化工业、油田集输站的安全运行非常关键。介绍了几种国外应用于常压储罐腐蚀检测的最新技术和设备,如能分辨上下表面缺陷的Floormap 3D漏磁检测、应用于储罐底板的导波检测以及储罐罐壁的腐蚀检测技术和设备。更多地了解国际新技术和新设备的发展及应用现状,对于我国的常压储罐检测技术具有借鉴意义。
Abstract
Taking reliable and effective qualitative and quantitative testing for the corrosion situation of the floor and wall of the general-pressure storage tank is very important to assure the safety-running of petrochemical industry and the gathering station of oil field. Some recent new technologies and equipments abroad used for the corrosion situation detection of the storage tank were introduced, such as the magnetic flux leakage testing technique for upper and back surface-corrosion with equipment Floormap 3D, ultrasonic guided wave testing technology for the tank floor detection, and also the corrosion detecting technique for the tank wall. It is valuable and effective for us to figure the present situation of the new techniques and equipments developed in abroad.
