Ultrasonic Inspection for the Tube Nodes of Welding Lines of Offshore Platform Structural
摘 要
海上平台结构管的节点形式以T型、K型和Y型为主,管节点焊缝的超声波检测是探伤中的一个难点。从检测前的准备、检测的实施、缺陷的定位以及缺陷的判断等方面做了详细的论述,并充分说明了检测技巧和注意要点,有效地解决了现场施工难题,为管节点焊缝的超声波检测提供了很好的借鉴意义。
Abstract
Nodes of the offshore platform structure pipe are mainly in the form of T, K and Y types, and it is difficult to detect flaws in tube node weld by ultrasonic testing. This article was to describe the test preparation, implementation,positioning of the defects and defect judgment in detail, and what is more, full instructions for the testing techniques and attentions were given for effectively solving the problem of site working, which provided a good reference for ultrasonic inspection of tubular joint weld.
