Inhibition Performance of Sugar-based Cationic Gemini Surfactants
摘 要
由葡萄糖和十四烷基二甲基叔胺合成的糖基季铵盐双子表面活性剂(C14-GDQ) 作为缓蚀剂,用静态失重法研究了该表面活性剂在1 mol/L盐酸溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀作用.结果表明,在1 mol/L盐酸溶液中C14-GDQ对Q235钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增大,当缓蚀剂质量浓度达到0.1 mmol/L时缓蚀率趋于稳定.通过吸附理论、动力学和热力学公式得到相应的参数,并讨论了缓蚀作用机理.
Abstract
A sugar-based cationic gemini surfactant (C14-GDQ) was synthesized with glucose and N,N-dimethyldodecylamine as raw materials.The inhibition effect of the C14-GDQ on the corrosion of Q235 steel in 1 mol /L HCl solution was studied by mass loss method.The results showed that C14-GDQ was a good inhibitor in 1 mol/L HCl.Its inhibition efficiency increased with increasing C14-GDQ concentration,and inhibition efficiency became constant approximately when its concentration was higher than 0.1 mmol/L.The experimental data were treated with adsorption theory,kinetics and thermodynamics equations.Both the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters were obtained.
