Inhibitor Screening for Wet Sand Blasting Without Rust
摘 要
为了解决钢铁结构物湿喷砂后材料表面容易返锈的问题,采用失重试验、电化学试验、表面形貌观察和缓蚀效果模拟验证试验对20号钢湿喷砂磨液添加相应缓蚀剂后的缓蚀效果进行了筛选研究.结果表明,缓蚀剂F、D和I的使用浓度为2 g/L较为合适,复配缓蚀剂D+F、D+I和F+I对20号钢在溶液中的腐蚀起到很好的抑制作用.经复配缓蚀剂溶液浸泡的20号钢样品,在大气中放置4 h后,表面光亮无明显锈迹,说明3种复配缓蚀剂可以达到相应的缓蚀效果.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of return rust on the surface of steel structure after wet blasting,the inhibiting effect on steel 20# in wet sand blasting liquid added with corresponding corrosion inhibitors were studied by weight loss test,electrochemical test,surface morphology observation and corrosion inhibition simulation test.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of corrosion inhibitor F,D and I was 2 g/L.Complex inhibitors D+F,D+I and F+I had good inhibition effect on the corrosion of steel 20#.After placing 4 h in atmosphere,no visible rust was found on steel 20# surface,indicating that 3 kinds of complex inhibitor could achieve the inhibition effect on steel 20#.
