Characterization Analysis of Defect Signal for Ultrasonic Testing of Stainless Steel Pipe Welds
摘 要
通过在含有自然缺陷的不锈钢管道焊缝验证试块上的超声检测试验,对显示信号进行定性分析,得出一些关于显示信号定性分析的经验和方法,为工程检测人员提供有价值的参考,提高核电现场不锈钢管道焊缝超声检测中平面型缺陷信号的定性分析能力.
Abstract
Based on the ultrasonic testing of stainless steel pipe welds containing natural defects,characterization analysis of defect signal was performed and some experiences and characterization analysis methods were obtained,which was to provide the valuable reference for the NDT personnel and to improve the planar defect signal analysis ability for ultrasonic inspection of stainless steel pipe welds in nuclear power station.
