Fracture Analysis on Driving Shaft
摘 要
某整车在总装线装配后进行静态检测,检测结束后车辆无法启动,检查发现驱动轴断裂.通过断口分析、金相检验、化学成分分析、硬度测试等方法对驱动轴断裂的原因进行了分析.结果表明:该驱动轴发生了脆性断裂,根本原因是锻造温度过高导致了过烧.建议该类轴件在锻造加热时加强锻造温度或保温时间的控制,防止过烧产生,保证产品质量.
Abstract
The fracture of drive shaft was found in assembly line of a vehicle, which could not be restart after static testing.The fracture reason was analyzed by means of fracture analysis, metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing and so on.The results showed that the fracture belonged to brittle fracture, which caused by overburning under extortionate forging temperature.To ensure product quality and avoid overburning generated, it was advised to strengthen the control of forging temperature and holding time in the forging process of drive shaft.
