RRS Determination of Navelbine
摘 要
提出了测定痕量长春瑞滨(NVB)的共振瑞利散射(RRS)光谱法。在pH为2.2的BR缓冲体系中,NVB与曙红Y(EY)形成物质的量的比为1比1的离子缔合物,从而引起共振瑞利散射强度显著增强,其最大散射波长位于312 nm。散射信号的增强(ΔIRRS)与NVB的质量浓度在0.06~3.0 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为1.7 μg·L-1。方法应用于注射液和尿样中NVB的测定,加标回收率在99.8%~101%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.1%~2.2%之间。
Abstract
A method of resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) was proposed for the determination of trace navelbine. In Britton-Robinson buffer at pH of 2.2, navelbine reacted with Eosin Y to form 1∶1 ionic association complexes. As a result, the intensity of resonance Rayleigh scattering was enhanced greatly and the new scattering spectra displayed the maximum RRS wavelength at 312 nm. The linear relationship was found between the increases of the scattering intensity (ΔIRRS) and the mass concentration of NVB in the range of 0.06-3.0 mg·L-1 with detection limit (3σ) of 1.7 μg·L-1. The method was applied to determine NVB in injection and urine samples, giving recovery rates measured by standard addition method in the range of 99.8%-101% and RSD (n=5) in the range of 1.1%-2.2%.
