Research Progress of Arsenic Speciation Analysis
摘 要
综述了砷的提取、分离和检测方法的研究进展。主要包括超声提取法、微波辅助提取法、固相萃取法等常用的提取方式;分别用于水样和海产品中砷的富集的共沉淀法和毛细管电泳法;以及高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体-质谱法、高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法、氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法等用于砷形态分析的分离和检测方法(引用文献56篇)。
Abstract
The research progress of the extraction, separation and detection of arsenic was showed in this review, including the common extraction methods, such as ultrasonic extraction, microwave assisted extraction and solid phase extraction; the co-precipitation and capillary electrophoresis used for enrichment of arsenic in water and seafood samples respectively; the methods of separation and detection for arsenic speciation analysis, such as HPLC-ICP-MS, HPLC-HG-AAS, HG-ICP-AES, etc (56 ref. cited).
