Preparation Methods and Performance of Brazed Diamond Wire Saws
摘 要
选用直径为0.2 mm的65Mn弹簧钢丝作为线锯基体,采用真空炉中钎焊(以镍基合金粉为钎料)和管式炉中氩气保护钎焊(以银铜钛合金粉为钎料)的方法制备金刚石线锯,对比研究了两种线锯的表面形貌、基体显微组织、力学性能和疲劳性能.结果表明:采用银铜钛合金粉为钎料制备的金刚石线锯性能更优,其抗拉强度为1 132 MPa,伸长率为3.27%,疲劳寿命为12 h,基体组织为回火索氏体.
Abstract
Spring steel 65Mn wire with the diameter of 0.2 mm was selected as the wire saw matrix.The brazed diamond wire saws were prepared by brazing process in a vacuum furnace using nickel-based alloy powder solder and in a tube furnace using Ag-Cu-Ti alloy powder solder.Their surface morphology,matrix microstructure, mechanical properties and fatigue properties were investigated comparatively.The results indicate that the diamond wire saw prepared using Ag-Cu-Ti alloy powder as solder had better properties,whose tensile strength was 1 132 MPa,elongation was 3.27%, fatigue life was 12 h,and matrix microstructure was tempering sorbite.
