Storage Stability of Tetraethyl Orthosilicate Hydrolyzate
摘 要
采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)在酸性条件下水解制备了溶剂型无机硅酸锌底漆的固化剂——TEOS水解液,通过升高储存温度的方法研究了水解度、酸水pH对TEOS水解液储存稳定性的影响.结果表明,以pH=2.5的酸水为催化剂,水解得到水解度为80%的TEOS水解液具有良好的储存稳定性,其在常温下的储存期可达12个月,以此TEOS水解液制备的无机硅酸锌底漆具有表干快、附着力优良、耐蚀性好等特点.
Abstract
The curing agent of solvent-based inorganic zinc silicate primer——TEOS hydrolyzate was prepared by TEOS hydrolysis under acid condition,and the effect of degree of hydrolysis and pH value of acid water on the storage stability of TEOS hydrolyzate was studied by the method of increased storage temperature.The results showed that the TEOS hydrolyzate had good storage stability when the degree of hydrolysis was 80% and the pH of acid water was 2.5,the storage period was up to 12 months at room temperature,The inorganic zinc silicate primer had the characteristics of rapid surface drying,excellent adhesion and good corrosion resistance etc,when the above TEOS hydrolyzate was used as curing agent.
