ICP-MS Rapid Determination of Organotin in Consumer Goods
摘 要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定玩具、纺织品及食品接触材料等消费品中有机锡的含量.消费品样品经甲醇超声萃取.三丁基锡的质量浓度在9.00~365 μg·L-1范围内与其光谱强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为0.3 mg·kg-1.加标回收率在84.2%~103%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在2.8%~6.0%之间.
Abstract
ICP-MS was applied to the rapid determination of organotin in consumer goods such as toys,textiles,and food contact materials.Samples of consumer goods were extracted ultrasonically with methanol.Linear relationship between values of spectral intensity and mass concentration of tributyltin was kept in the range of 9.00-365 μg·L-1,with detection limit (3s) of 0.3 mg·kg-1.Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 84.2%-103%,and values of RSD′s (n=7) in the range of 2.8%-6.0%.
