Mechanical Property and Microstructure of Epoxy Foam Material
摘 要
采用空心微珠法和化学发泡法制备了环氧泡沫材料,对不同微珠、气泡含量的试样进行了力学性能测试,利用扫描电子显微镜分析了微观结构.结果表明:在孔隙率相同的情况下,两种方法制备材料的抗拉强度相当,化学发泡法制备的材料抗压强度较低;弹性模量随空心微珠含量的升高而增大,随气泡含量的升高而减小;泊松比随孔隙率的增加而减小;空心微珠含量较高时,存在微珠团聚现象;材料内的气泡为较规则的圆形闭孔结构,气泡大小不均匀.
Abstract
Epoxy foam samples were prepared by hollow microsphere method and chemical foaming method.Mechanical properties of samples with different porosity were analyzed by performance test, and microstructure was analyzed by SEM.The results showed that: in the case of the same porosity, samples prepared by two kinds of method showed similar tensile strength, and samples prepared by chemical foaming method showed lower compress strength;Young′s modulus was increased with the increasing of hollow microsphere content, and decreased with the increasing of bubble content;Poisson′s ratio was decreased with the increasing of porosity;microspheres aggregation existed when hollow microsphere content was high enough;the structure of bubbles in materials was regular circular closed cell, and the cell size was not uniform.
