Analysis on Cracking Reason of 45 Round Steel in Cold Drawing Processing
摘 要
针对45圆钢冷拔加工开裂的问题,从材料成分、组织、夹杂物、尺寸精度等方面进行了分析.结果表明:由于圆钢的椭圆度较大,圆钢直径较大一侧在拉拔过程中承受较大的拉应力,当拉应力超过圆钢表面的抗拉强度时,在圆钢表面形成横裂纹,出现横裂纹的圆钢在进一步加工时发生开裂.
Abstract
Pointing at the cracking problem of 45 round steel in cold drawing processing, the analysis was carried out from the aspects of material composition, microstructure, inclusions, dimensional accuracy and so on.The results showed that the larger side of round steel bore the large tensile stress in the process of drawing, as a result of the larger ovality of round steel.When the stress exceeded the tensile strength of steel surface, a transverse crack emerged in the surface of round steel, and expanded in further processing.
