Failure Analysis on Corrosion of Motor Shafts of Motor-driven Feedwater Pumps
摘 要
某核电厂电动给水泵电机解体检修时发现电机轴局部锈蚀,通过现场宏观分析、化学成分分析、腐蚀产物能谱分析以及油样分析等方法分析了电机轴腐蚀的原因.结果表明:润滑油中含有游离水是导致电机轴腐蚀的主要原因,另外界异物进入轴瓦加速了腐蚀进程.最后针对电机轴腐蚀原因提出了整改建议.
Abstract
Local corrosion were found on motor shafts of motor-driven feedwater pumps for a nuclear power plant when the pumps were overhauled,and the corrosion reasons were analyzed by means of scene macro analysis,chemical compositions analysis,corrosion products energy spectrum analysis and oil sample analysis.The results show that the corrosion of motor shafts was mainly caused by free water in the lubricating oil,and the foreign body in the atmosphere entering into the bearing bush accelerated the corrosion.Finally suggestions were proposed to avoid the similar corrosion failure.
