Reasons Analysis on Cracks of TP321 Stainless Steel Piping Welding Seam on Hydrogenation Unit
摘 要
通过表面无损检测、化学成分分析、硬度测试及金相检验,结合管道运行状况综合分析了某加氢处理装置反应系统TP321奥氏体不锈钢管道焊缝裂纹产生原因.结果表明:管道焊接所用焊材碳含量较高、铬含量较低,导致管道焊缝形成裂纹敏感性较高的以奥氏体凝固模式形成的全奥氏体组织;管道高温、高压、临氢介质的运行工况促进了裂纹的萌生和扩展.
Abstract
The cracking causes of welding seam of TP321 austenitic stainless steel piping on reaction system of hydrogenation unit were analyzed by means of surface nondestructive testing,chemical components analysis,hardness test,metallographic examination combined with operating mode analysis of the piping.The results show that the welding material with high content of carbon and low content of chromium easily led to form high crack sensitivity full austenitic microstructure with austenite solidification pattern.High temperature,high pressure and hydrogen medium conditions promoted the initiation and propagation of cracks.
