Design and Implementation of a Flight State Target 3D Detection System
摘 要
为解决线结构光三维检测目标全表面过程中耗时过长的问题,以适应实际生产线上高精度高速度的需要,设计了一种新型的线结构光快速全表面检测系统.该系统采用分布式多视角方式对飞行目标进行拍摄,将获得的图像序列进行实时拼接,最后提取目标完整的三维信息.实测标准块结果表明:系统实时性好,精度较高,能够满足工业检测要求.
Abstract
Focusing on the problem of time-consuming in the process of line structured three-dimensional target full-surface photodetection,a new line structured full-surface photodetection system adapted to the high-speed and high-accuracy needs of measurement in actual production line was designed.The flying targets were shot on distributed multi view,and then these different images were merged and the whole three-dimensional information of the measured target was reconstructed.The results show that the system is of good real time and high precision,and it can meet the practical requirements in industrial detection.
