The Water Immersion Ultrasonic Inspection Technique for Safety Injection Safe-end Weld of Reactor Pressure Vessel
摘 要
反应堆压力容器安注管是连接反应堆压力容器和安注管系统的重要组成部件,其对减轻中、小破口失水事故起着重要的作用,定期对安注管安全端焊缝进行无损检测是保证安注管系统的稳定性和完整性的重要举措.通过对水浸超声检测技术理论分析和试验,确定了安注管安全端异种及同种金属焊缝的水浸超声检验技术参数.结果表明:缺陷检测结果与真实值较吻合,安注管安全端异种及同种金属焊缝采用水浸超声检验技术能够满足规范要求.
Abstract
The connection component between the reactor pressure vessel and safety injection pipe system is an important part,which plays an important role in mitigating the consequences of a small break loss of coolant accident.Non-destructive testing for the safety injection pipe welds regularly is an important measure to ensure the stability and integrity of the safety injection pipe system The immersion ultrasonic inspection techniques for the safety injection pipe was determined though theoretical analysis and experimental research The results showed that:defect detection results agreed well with the true value of the defect,the immersion ultrasonic inspection techniques for the similar and dissimilar metal welds are able to meet the requirements of specification
