The Corrosion Behavior of a New Acid Resistant Steel in a Concentrated Sulphuric Acid Solution Containing HCl
摘 要
以16.9% H2SO4+0.35% HCl的混合溶液为腐蚀介质,在60 ℃的温度条件下,利用全浸进行腐蚀失重试验,并采用电化学测试方法和扫描电镜SEM技术,研究新型耐酸钢和Q235碳钢的耐硫酸盐酸露点腐蚀性能.结果表明,Q235钢腐蚀速率很大,耐蚀性很差,发生了严重的沟槽状腐蚀;而新型耐酸钢耐硫酸盐酸腐蚀性能很强,没有发生沟槽状腐蚀,由于合金元素铜,锑,钼的添加增强了钢种的耐腐蚀性能.
Abstract
The corrosion behaviors of a new acid resistant steel and Q235 steel were investigated by weight loss measurements in a solution of 16.9% H2SO4+0.35% HCl at 60 ℃,potentiodynamic polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the corrosion rate of Q235 steel was high,it had poor corrosion resistance and grooving corrosion was detected by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) on the surface of Q235 steel,but the new acid resistant steel showed the oppsite.The resistance to sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid of the new steel was excellent.It was improved with the addition of Cu,Sb and Mo alloying elements.
