Determination of Ketotifen Fumarate Based on the Chemiluminescence Reaction of Luminol with Potassium Permanganate
摘 要
基于富马酸酮替芬对碱性条件下高锰酸钾-鲁米诺化学发光体系的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定富马酸酮替芬的化学发光法.在优化的试验条件下,增敏化学发光强度的比值与富马酸酮替芬的浓度在1.8×10-8~2.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为5.6×10-9mol·L-1.加标回收率在98.6%~102%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差在1.1%~1.4%之间.方法用于分析市售富马酸酮替芬片剂,测定值与标示值相符.
Abstract
A mehod of flow-injection chemiluminescence was developed for the determination of ketotifen fumarate,based on the fact that ketotifen fumarate could enhance the chemiluminescence intensity of the luminol-KMnO4 system obviously. Under the optimum conditions,the ratio of chemiluminescence intensity (I/I0) was correlated linearly with the concentration of ketotifen fumarate in the range of 1.8×10-8-2.0×10-6mol·L-1 and the detection limit (3s/k) was 5.6×10-9mol·L-1. The recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 98.6%-102%,and RSD were in the range of 1.1%-1.4%.The method was used to analyzing commercially available ketotifen fumarate tablets,giving results in agreement with the indicated value.
